Company Income Payplan Structure
Our company operate an extremely effective method of allowing our distributors to build sales without the need for selling.
Products range in value from around £1 to £200, and the national average sales is around £100. As you build a customer base on return visits this average increases.
As a associate you will receive £21% Retail profit and at the end of each 4 weekly period** you will be paid a Volume Profit based on the level of your sales according to this table:

For example, if you were to produce £800 in sales in a 4-week period **, you would receive your 21% (which is £168) and an additional 6% of £800 (which is £48). This brings your 4 weekly income to £216.
What would an extra £54 a week mean to you?
** The company uses 4 week periods to calculate sales which means you get paid 13 times a year and not 12!
You might be thinking ‘how do I retail £8225 of orders every 4 weeks?' Well, you don't have to personally retail this amount yourself to move up to the 16% volume profit level. You can achieve this through the networking, or team building, side of the business.

While it is possible to reach the 15% target on the VOLUME PROFIT table simply by retailing, it can be made mush easier by introducing others into your business. By simply telling others about the opportunity you have available, and showing them how they can earn their income simply by retailing, their sales contribute to your group turnover, and therefore can raise your VOLUME PROFIT dramatically. To explain this better lets look at a simple example.
You can introduce other people who you either know or don't know into the business and their sales will now contribute to your group turnover.
Say for example you spend about 16 hours per week on retailing and therefore turnover about £1600 per 4 week period and then with the help of your team, you introduce another 5 people into the business who do the same as you, as shown below:

If you produced orders of £800 and you introduced just 5 people to the business, who also produced orders of £800 (see diagram right), your total group sales would be £4800.
As you are now on the 12% level of the volume profit table, and the people in your team have each reached the 6% level themselves - you earn the difference (12-6%) from their orders - just by introducing them into the business!
Your total earnings for the 4-weekly period would be:
21% cash in hand from your personal retailing : 21% of £800 = £168 |
A further 12% volume profit on your own retailing: 12% of £800 = £96 |

6% volume profit from the sales of the people in your team. (5 x £800): 6% of £4000 = £240 |
Your total income for 4 weeks is: £168 + £96 + £240 = £504
What would an extra £500 every 4 weeks mean to you? .. and best of all - your hours of work remain exactly the same!
Please do not make the mistake of seeing this as pyramid selling, where a few people at the top make all the money whilst exploiting those at the bottom. This opportrunity is a strong, legitimate business that has been in operation for over 80 years.
